Seth Morgan, President

Seth has served the Dayton community as a in two public accounting firms as well as being the senior financial executive for a national retailer.  Seth’s experience includes consulting with clients on refinancing, merger and acquisitions, valuations, and general accounting.   Seth is a CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Harry Loyle, Director

Harry also serves as the CEO of MOTO Franchise Corporation and is and has been a successful small businessman for many years.  His career has given Harry the opportunity to serve on public boards and give training sessions on business systems and strategies over various different industries.  Harry specializes in strategic planning, consulting and facilitation.  Harry also serves as President of LG Management Corporation, which owns and develops commercial real estate and provides financial services and lending.   Harry is a Certified Franchise Executive and is active in numerous professional and civic organizations.  Harry holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Lehigh University.

Beth Lane CB, CPP

Beth is a lifelong resident of the Dayton Area. She has 20 years of experience in various industries including construction, manufacturing, and trucking as well as 10 years of experience working with a local CPA Firm. A graduate of Clark State College with a Degree in Accounting, she is also a Certified Payroll Professional. Beth was the first person in Dayton to become a Certified Bookkeeper.

Larry McCord

Larry has served as a part-time Chief Financial Officer to small and medium sized businesses since 1988.  Prior to 1988, he was the Controller for a large hospital in the Dayton area and with Ernst & Young.  Larry’s background includes extensive experience in accounting systems and accounting software implementation.  Larry has also been instrumental in developing complex budgeting and forecasting models from companies from a variety of industries.  Larry has coordinated financing projects including tax exempt financing, conduit lending and traditional bank financing.  Larry holds a CPA license (inactive) and is a graduate of Wright State University.

Keith Crabtree

Keith is a senior finance executive who has operated as a Chief Financial Officer since 1986. Keith’s experience over the last 20 years has given him expertise in all aspects of the closely held business’s financial issues. This includes all finance, banking, tax and compliance, valuation, credit, risk management, budgeting and forecasting, finance IT utilization, and human resource issues. Keith is a CPA and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Keith is a graduate of Wright State University.
