MLA Management Systems, Inc. formerly, Morgan Loyle & Associates, Inc. was founded by Seth Morgan and Harry Loyle.  Both Seth and Harry have lived their professional lives assisting small to medium sized businesses and felt that these businesses were underserved when it came to solid, senior-level financial and organizational advice. 

Our model includes bringing various “C” level individuals together to serve the greater Dayton region.  These individuals are assigned as needed to MLA clients who are in need of their specialty.
